La Candelaria is the historic part of downtown Bogota. It used to be very run-down, but now has become a hip place for young people. Has interesting stores and restaurants. Fun place to walk around.
This is an HDR of 3 handheld shots, tonemapped using Photomatix 4 beta. Again, awesome ghost removal (although the woman is a bit blurry). Imagenomic Noiseware to remove noise, especially in the clouds. In Nik Color Efex, first Pro Contrast to add contrast and cool the colors, then Tonal Contrast (I think it looks better to do Pro Contrast before Tonal Contrast). Kept the saturation low in the Tonal Contrast, and masked the clouds so they don’t look too contrasty. Also dodged the clouds, which Photomatix tends to make too dark.
